Hall of Shame

After reading the Cindy Adams column, I decided it might be fun to have a hall of shame for collaborators, stooges, and dupes. I'm perfectly open to suggestions. I'm sure there are plenty more. Oh, I forgot Michael Moore. I didn't include the Che-wearing Santana, mainly because I didn't think it would be fair to judge him as if all his neurons were firing.
